Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your GlossRide account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the GlossRide Driver app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Or request deletion by email

Email sales@glossride.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and confirm once completed, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number) and login credentials.
• Driver verification documents and uploaded photos.
• Referral relationships and app settings.

What we must retain

Transaction and payout records are retained for the period required by Singapore law (typically 5 years) for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Any remaining cleared balance is paid out to your registered bank account before closure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
